Instructions
1
Chop carrots, onions, garlic cloves, and celery sticks to your preferred size - we chose to do bite-sized pieces. Add chopped vegetables, thawed rabbit, chicken broth, butter, 1 cup of water, and seasonings to a pot and simmer covered for 1 hour.
2
Chop potatoes to bite size and set to the side. Remove the rabbit from the pot, add chopped potatoes, and bring to a boil for 5-10 minutes. While the potatoes boil, shred the meat using a fork.
3
Return shredded meat to the pot and return the pot to a simmer.
4
In a bowl, add flour and slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of water. Add the mixture to the pot and bring to a boil. Return to a simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Serve and enjoy!
